Doorashooyinka Gobolka Geeska Afrika Iyo Sannadka 2021-ka

Jamhuuriyada Somaliland

Waxa la filayaa in doorashooyin ay dhacaan sanadka soo socda oo aad loo saadaalinayo , walow aan la garan karin qaabka ay u dhacayaan iyo in doorashooyinku mar wada dhici karaan iyo in kale , sidaasi kale ayaa waxa iyaduna taagan xiligii la furi lahaa ururada siyaasada oo dhow,  taasi oo ku xidhan doorashada goleyaasha deegaanka jamhuuriyada Somaliland.

Doorashooyinkani oo ah qaar in badan dib u dhacay oo u baahan in la qabto,  isla markaana aan mar dambe in ay dib u dhacaan aan u wanaagsanayn dalka iyo dadka jamhuuriyada Somaliland , oo wax badani kaga xidhan yihiin doorashooyinka,  sidaasi oo kale culeyska muwaadiniinta raba in ay mansabyada qaranka qabtaan oo aad usii badanaya taasi oo keeni karta culeysyo siyaasadeed iyo qaar nololeedba.

Xukuumada hadda talada haysa ayaa iyadana aan la garanayn in ay suuragalin karto doorasho  marka aad eegto ilaa hadda sida dalku yahay iyada oo waliba la heshiisay labada xisbi mucaarid ee Somaliland oo aad moodo in iyaguna furistii ururada siyaasada in ay ka yacaan oo sababtay in arinkaasi dartii wax badan uga tanaasulaan.

Jamhuuriyada federalka Somalia

Waxa la doonayaa inta ka horeysa bisha March ee sanadka 2021 in ay doorashadu dhacdo iyada oo caqabado badani jiraan isla markaana aan la garanayn si ay u dhici doonto doorasho,  oo xataa xukuumadii dalka doorashada gaadhsiin lahayd ayaa ilaa maanta aan la soo dhisin.

Qaabka doorashada ayaa ah mid lagu noqday dariiqii hore ee doorashooyinka Somalia 4.5 , waxaana meesha ka baxay nidaamkii uu Madaxwaynaha dawlada federalka Somalia rabay ee ahaa qof iyo cod oo aan xiligan suuragal noqon karin , kaasi oo galaaftay raisal wasaarihii hore iyo xukuumadiisii oo rabtay in doorasho la galo.

Dalka Ethiopia

Dalka Ethiopia oo ay doorashooyinkiisu mudeysnaayeen bisha Aug 2020 ayaa dib loo dhigay sababo uu keenay xanuunka #Corronavirus , arinkaasi oo ay qaadaceen Gobolka waqooyiga ee qoomiyada Tigray , waxaanay qabteen doorashadii Golaha wakiilada Dadweynaha ee Gobolka Tigray , taasi oo keentay in ay dawlada federalka Ethiopia ay sheegtay in aanay aqoonsanayn.

Sidaasi oo kale maalmo kooban ka hor ayaa baarlamaanka dawlada federalka Ethiopia joojiyey gabi ahaanba wada shaqeynta maamulka sare ee Gobolka Tigray oo iyagu sheegay in aanay aqoonsanayn Raisal Abiy Ahmed ilaa uu qabto doorashooyin , waxaana ay dawlada Ethiopia isku raacday in wada shaqeynta laga jaro madaxda maamulkaasi laakiin maamulada hoose iyo adeegyada dadweynuhu sidoodii ahaadaan.

Ilaa iyo intii uu Raisal wasaaraha Ethiopia dalkaasi qabsaday sanadkii 2018 ayaa aanay isku wanaagsanayn xukuumada Abiy Ahmed iyo qoomiyada Tigray , arimahaasi waxa keenay markii saraakiil badan iyo madaxdii xukuumadii hore lagu eedeeyey tacadiyo badan,  arimo musuq-maasuq iwm oo gabi ahaanba xilalka sare ee dawlada federalka laga dhameeyey iyo waliba go’aankii uu Abiy Ahmed ka qaatay Badhame xuduudka Erateria iyo Ethiopia oo ay u arkeen in dhulkoogii ay ku dagaalamayeen mudada badan si dhib yar la isaga bixiyey.

Qoomiyada Tigray waa jabhadii dalka Ethiopia ka xoreysay dawladii Dhergiga,  waxaana ay la midoobeen ODP oo ah Oromo democratic Party  oo iyaguna ka soo horjeeday nidaamkaasi dhergiga , sidaasi oo kale ayaa ayey  jireen qoomiyada Ahmara oo laftoodu ka soo horjeeday Dhergigii oo sameystay xisbiga Ahmara Democratic party ADP iyo xisbiga ay lahaayeen qoomiyadaha shucuubta koonfureed   ee SEPDM iyo xisbiga Tigray TPLF ayaa sameystay isbahaysigii dalka Ethiopia ka talinayey mudada dheer ee EPRDF.

Markii uu geeriyooday Raisal wasaarihii awooda badnaa ee dalka Ethiopia Malez zenawi waxaa loo dhiibay Haeila mariam desalem oo ka soo jeeda shucuubta koonfureed iyo xisbiga SEPDM , si uu u dhameystiro mudada u hadhsanayd malez zenawi,  waxaana sii xoogesystay kacdoono ay qoomiyada Oromadu bilaabeen,  kaasi oo uu u sameeyey isku shaandhayn masuuliyiinta dawlada waxaana la magacaabay madax badan oo ka soo jeeda qoomiyada oromada si uu u damo kacdoonku.

Dedaaladaasi waxba kama tarin,  waxaana xilkii iska casilay Raisal Haielamariam Desalem sanadkii 2018 kii , waxaana Raisal wasaare loo magacaabay Abiy Ahmed Ali oo ahaa Gudoonkii Xisbiga ODP ee oromada si uu culeysku uga dago dalka doorashooyina loo qabto , Abiy Ahmed oo noqday horaantiiba shaqsi ka saameyn badan oo ka gadisan waxii laga filayey oo dalka Ethiopia u raray nidaam democratic ah , la heshiiyey dalka Erateria,  mucaaridkii dalka iyo jabhadihiiba soo xareeyey.

Dedaalo badan oo uu gallay ayuu Ethiopia kaga badbaadiyey in uu dumiyo mucaarid iyo jabhado dalka dibada kaga yimaadaa,  taasi oo noqotay yididiilo iyo wanaag uu aduunka oo dhami ku soo dhaweeyey oo uu ilaa bilada nabada aduunka ku qaatey , waxaana aad moodeysay in uu laftiisa deg-deg badani ku jiray taasi oo dhalisay in dhawr goor la isku dayey inqilaab iyo in ay soo cusboonaadeen mudaharaadadii qoomiyada oromada dhawr goor.

Raisal wasaare Abiy Ahmed ayaa waxa uu aasaasay xisbi la yidhaahdo xisbiga barwaaqada oo uu ugu talogalay in uu ku mideeyo qoomiyadaha dalka Ethiopia oo dhan xisbigaasi oo uu u bixiyey Ethiopian prosperity party (PP ) ayaa la filayaa in uu kaga qayb galo doorashooyinka soo socda .

Dr Abiy Ahmed iyo xukuumadiisa ayaa waxa laga sugayaa in ay dalkaasi doorasho ka qabato bisha March ee sanadkan,  iyada oo waliba ay xidh-xidhan yihiin qaar ka mid ah mucaaridka dalka Ethiopia ugu waaweynaa oo lagu eedeeyey in ay kacdoonadan ku lug leeyihiin , markaa lama saadaalin karo in ay doorasho dhici karto iyo in kale .

Marka aad eegto Gobolka Geeska Africa oo aad moodo in uu galayo xaalado iskuwada dhow dhow marka laga reebo labada dal ee Djibouti iyo Erateria oo aanay iyaga nidaamka dimuqaeadiyadeed ee axsaabta badani si wanaagsan uga shaqeyn oo laftooda ay haystaan culeysyo dadkooga ka haysta iyo qaar xaga aduunka ka haystaaba,  lama garan karo waxa uu ku dambayn doonaan dalalkaasi mustaqbalka dhow.

Ethiopia says it will not cave to ‘aggression’ in dam dispute

FILE PHOTO: Ethiopia’s Grand Renaissance Dam is seen as it undergoes construction work on the river Nile in Guba Woreda, Benishangul Gumuz Region, Ethiopia September 26, 2019. REUTERS/Tiksa Negeri/File PhotoNAIROBI (Reuters) – Ethiopia said on Saturday that threats of any kind towards resolving a dispute with its neighbours over the filling and operation of a massive hydropower dam were “misguided, unproductive and clear violations of international law”. Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed’s office made no mention of any person or any country in a statement on the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD), which is at the centre of a dispute over Nile water supplies. But his comment came hours after U.S. President Donald Trump held a phone call with the Sudanese Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok in which they called for an amicable solution between Ethiopia and Egypt. In the call, held in front of reporters at the White House, Trump said he had also told Egypt the same thing, saying it was a dangerous situation and that Cairo could end up “blowing up that dam.” Ethiopia, Sudan and Egypt have been locked in a bitter dispute over the filling and operation of the GERD, which remains unresolved although the reservoir behind the dam began filling in July. “Occasional statements of belligerent threats to have Ethiopia succumb to unfair terms still abound,” Abiy’s office said. “These threats and affronts to Ethiopian sovereignty are misguided, unproductive, and clear violations of international law.” The first phase of filling the dam completed in August, Abiy’s office said. Egypt says it is dependent on the Nile for more than 90% of its scarce fresh water supplies, and fears the dam could have a devastating effect on its economy. Trump said on Friday said he had brokered an agreement to resolve the issue but that Ethiopia had broken the pact, forcing him to cut funds. Abiy’s office said there was significant progress made in resolving the dispute since the African Union took over the negotiations. “Ethiopia will not cave in to aggressions of any kind, nor do we give recognition to a right that is based on colonial treaties,” it said. How the End Sars protests have changed Nigeria forever

GETTY IMAGESThe anti-police brutality protests in Nigeria created a powerful movement that appeared to shake those in power, but after a turbulent fortnight, BBC Hausa editor Aliyu Tanko considers where it goes from here. A potent mix of street protests and social media has given young Nigerians a voice that has shattered the country’s culture of deference. As the #EndSARS hashtag went viral, so did a defiance of the elite in Nigeria. The trashing of the palace of the highly respected oba, or traditional ruler, of Lagos was symbolic of this mood. The youths dragged his throne around, looted his possessions and swam in his pool. What began as a protest against the hated police Special Anti-Robbery Squad (Sars) has become a conduit for the youth to vent their anger with the people who have been in charge of Nigeria for decades, and demand change. Former President Olusegun Obasanjo warned in 2017 that “we are all sitting on a keg of gunpowder” when it comes to the young. His comments were about the continent in general but they apply to Nigeria, Africa’s most populous nation with 200 million people, more than 60% of whom are under the age of 24. The majority of those of working age do not have formal employment and there are few opportunities to get a good education. Earlier this year, government statistics showed that 40% of Nigerians lived in poverty. ‘Not usual mischief-making’ But those currently in power at first misunderstood what was going on this time, activist and writer Gimba Kakanda told the BBC. “The #EndSARS protests were initially perceived as another of the youths’ episodic mischief-making that would fizzle out if left unaddressed,” he said. “This mind-set of the political class, almost overly condescending, was the reason for its slow response to this unprecedented movement and left them all on the edge.” The question is where does that movement go now? The success of the protest in forcing concessions from the government – such as a promise to disband Sars, and wider police reform – has given Nigerian youths confidence and they believe that they can make a difference. A few days into the protests, activists were able to establish a helpline that could respond to emergencies. They also provided legal services to those in need and even set up a radio station. These were financed through crowdfunding and were cited as examples of how Nigeria could be better if it were not for the politicians who often seem more interested in what they can personally gain, rather than how they can improve the country. But there has also been an ugly side. While those who backed and came out in support of the #EndSARS movement were peaceful, another segment of the youth saw the protests as an opportunity. Lagos was hit by looting and vandalism on Wednesday and Thursday They vandalised shops, raided warehouses and targeted the businesses of prominent politicians. Although the approach of these two groups is different, they do share one thing in common: a disdain for those in charge. It is unlikely though that they can find common cause. Any move in that direction may affect the spread of the movement across the country because some will find it hard to sit at the same table as people with “questionable character”. ‘Buhari missed the point’ There is nevertheless an awareness on the part of the authorities that poverty and hardship are national security threats, activist Mr Kakanda said. “The government has realised that it can no longer take such outrage for granted as it has done before,” he added. But it continued to make missteps in trying to quell the mood. President Muhammadu Buhari’s address to the nation on Thursday evening “missed the point by a wide margin”, according to blogger and columnist Japheth Omojuwa. Mr Buhari called for an end to the protests and the beginning of a dialogue, but “he will be remembered for threatening Nigerians just because they asked their government to commit to justice”. The protesters now need to monitor the progress in reforming the police, analysts say Nevertheless, Mr Omojuwa believes that the #EndSARS movement can achieve something. It should not focus on long-term ambitions of gaining political power, he argues, but rather should make sure that the authorities stick to their promise of reform and bringing errant policemen to justice. It is these small steps that may eventually bring wider change. This tumultuous fortnight and particularly the shooting of protesters in Lagos on 20 October will be remembered in Nigeria for a long time. Those in power are clearly worried that the country’s huge young population can no longer be ignored, or, failing that, cajoled. It is getting organised as evidenced by the huge donations received by a relatively unknown group – the Feminist Coalition – that rallied support for the protests and shook the foundations of Nigeria. The fact that these young women said they would regroup makes the elite jittery and clearly indicates that the system needs to work for all and not for the privileged few. From this episode, Nigerian politics has changed forever because the youths have realised how powerful they are and what they can achieve when they unite for a common goal. Source: BBC
